The MCL of Pennsylvania Foundation, Inc. was established to provide Humanitarian Assistance to Marines, FMF Navy Personnel who have worn the Eagle, Globe and Anchor,  members of the MCL of Pennsylvania and their families.  The Foundation  supports the Department of Pennsylvania’s  Humanitarian and Disaster Relief Missions and administers the MCL of PA Scholarship Program.

The MCLPA Foundation is a 501c(3) charity founded in 2008.
